I just found another google service named video.google.com. You can upload your own movie clips where they are compressed and hosted by google. There are several different ways you can add meta data to your video to make it searchable. I have been uploading all of my old video clips. You can see them here

Macromedia has released Studio 8. I can not wait to get it....go check it out
